Reservations can be made 7 days a week between 10am-6pm only.

$275 / with in-house hot lights

$20 for each seamless backdrops used. (up to 10 ft.)

STUDENT/ARTIST RATE:
For non-commercial shoots only.
$20 / hour with lights. 2 hour minimum.
This rate only applies if you are a student working on a project or just wanting to practice or you are an artist wanting to shoot images of your paintings/sculptures/furniture/etc. You must let us know of your student status at the time of your booking and present a valid student ID the day of your shoot.

DEPOSIT
A deposit is required to reserve studio time, which is refundable up to five days from reservation date if a cancellation occurs. There will be no refunds or credits if you cancel with less than five days notice or fail to show up. Newspace is not responsible for giving refunds due to illness, emergencies, or events beyond our control.

USE OF STROBE LIGHTS
Newspace offers a one-day studio lighting crash course. This is REQUIRED if you have no prior knowledge of strobe lighting and are planning to use our strobe lights. Not required for the usage of our hot lights.

FILM & VIDEO SHOOTS
We are able to rent our studio for film & video shoots ONLY if sound is of no importance. We have a lot of ambient/daily activity noise throughout the space which we are unable to control for sound sensitive projects.
