Oregon Winter Landscapes
(L2-4)
Two Saturdays
January 30th 12-7pm
February 6th 1:30-4:30pm
$135
Break away from stereotypically sunny landscape photography and embrace the winter weather this year! In this class, you'll learn how to make gorgeous landscape photos with photographer Zeb Andrews. Moody clouds, dramatic weather, and softbox-like light make winter photography in Oregon well worth the extra effort.
Zeb's unique eye and working methods will inspire you think outside the box with your landscape compositions. A photo excursion to the stunning Cape Kiwanda on the Oregon Coast and a discussion of helpful filters, lenses, and winter gear will hone your technique, sharpen your eye, and invigorate your perspective. The second class will be a group sharing and critique of work created during the trip.
Students should bring cameras and may shoot with film or digitally. Students should be prepared for moderately strenuous hiking.
