Ever dreamed of making a documentary? This workshop offers the opportunity to learn first-hand the process of documentary production from concept to final product from Emmy Award-winning documentary director Ian McCluskey. Participants will experience each stage of documentary production: from story ideas and proposals to field production, audio, camera work, interviews, to dubbing, transcripts, edit prep, and scripting for final editing. Participants can sign up for a special 2-evening seminar at MacForce, where we learn the essentials of non-linear editing. At the end, you will show off your accomplishment on the silver screen at the historic Mission Theatre at a special première!
