Tuesday, August 11th 6:30-9:30pm
$135

This time of year, the city is practically bursting at the seams with gorgeous flowers - and that means fantastic opportunities for flower photography. In this workshop, Portland photographer Zeb Andrews will show you how to make vibrant, rich, and beautifully detailed images of flowers. Using a creative array of equipment (much of it low-tech and affordable) Zeb will show you how to think outside the box with floral photography.

You'll get a chance to experiment with macro lenses, close-up filters, and extension tubes for extreme macro, and will learn how to pair and reverse lenses on your camera to unique effect. The second meeting will be a review/critique session. Students should bring cameras and may shoot with film or digitally.

Students should wear sun hats and walking shoes and should bring water. This workshop is sponsored in part by Blue Moon Camera and Machine.
