Darkroom Two
Two Wednesdays, August 6th & 13th

This includes five hours of darkroom time outside of class.
Take your darkroom work to the next level in this fun two-part class. You'll learn how to "push" and "pull" film, print on fiber paper, and how to sepia tone your finished prints. You'll also learn the "ins" and "outs" of split filter printing for greater control over your print tonalities. Refine your technical and aesthetic skills in black and white photography this summer and learn to make truly fine prints.
Instructor: Laura Valenti
Laura is a Portland photographer and the Program Director at Newspace. She has taught numerous classes and workshops at Newspace since the Center's establishment in 2002 and serves on the board of Photolucida.
