Learn what it takes to be a commercial photo assistant in this hands-on workshop. Seasoned pro Stu Mullenberg will walk you through the "dos" and "don'ts" of successful assisting. You'll have a chance to work with different lighting scenarios and accustom yourself to various types of gear.
You'll also get an introduction to basic file management in a digital workflow and learn how to market yourself, set rates, find work, invoice, and deal with clients so you'll be prepared to compete in this demanding field.
Required prerequisite: Lighting Basics or instructor's consent.
